Vincenzo Betulia, the award-winning and nationally recognized Chef-Partner of Naples’ acclaimed restaurants Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia, opened “The French,” Naples’ first quintessential French brasserie in January 2017.

Trained in traditional French cuisine and having gained a transformative affinity and appreciation for French cuisine while working with renowned Chef Paul Bartolotta at the James Beard Award-winning restaurant, Lake Park Bistro in Wisconsin, Chef Vincenzo has long sought the opportunity to display his French cooking techniques at what he now describes to be the “perfect” location.

Paying homage to authentic Parisian brasseries at the turn of the 19th Century, The French transports guests to a sophisticated yet bustling atmosphere and features a brasserie rustique menu inspired by classic country and coastal French dishes.

With its red leather banquettes, Carrera marble top tables, black and white patterned mosaic floors, the room is a continuation in style and décor of the large, bustling yet sophisticated dining room. Ideal for business functions, milestone celebrations, wine events and holiday parties, the room can be configured in a variety of ways including one long table and individual smaller tables at the red leather banquettes, as well as for cocktails and sit down dinner.
